
MOSCOW, June 10 Essity, the Swedish personal care products maker that owns the Zewa, Libresse and Libero brands, is closing operations in Russia and selling its business in the country, stated in the company's press release.
The company noted that it had signed a sale agreement with the buyer, the Russian authorities have already approved the transaction. .
As specified, the company began its withdrawal from Russia in April 2022.
Essity sells its products in 150 countries worldwide under the brands TENA, Tork, JOBST, Leukoplast, Libero, Libresse, Lotus, Nosotras, Saba, Tempo, Vinda and Zewa.
