According to RT employee Konstantin Pridybaylo, this happened on his complaint.
“I saw that terrorists collect money through a Russian service. Found its owners. I wrote to them and asked for a comment. They were very surprised at everything that was happening and removed the «collection» bulkers and others. Other attempts to raise money through this service will also be eliminated. People do not support the rhetoric of the Navalniks and others, and they do not want problems. Saved a few more fates of my mother's donors, ”Pridybailo wrote on his Twitter.
A few hours later, the organizers of the marathon returned the opportunity to donate in rubles on their website.
Today, from 9.00 to 22.00, Russian independent media are holding a marathon of solidarity with political prisoners and all Russians who oppose the war. The money raised during the live broadcast will be used to support political prisoners and their families.
