Oreshkin: for friends, discounts on Russian oil are actually smaller and will become even smaller
For friendly countries, discounts on Russian oil are actually less than is commonly believed, and will become even less, said Assistant to the President of Russia Maxim Oreshkin.
This question was raised at the macroeconomic session of the SPIEF by the moderator, MP Andrey Makarov.
The MP said that Russia has friendly relations with China and India, and India oil is supplied at a very large discount. Makarov asked how big such a discount could be.
