The Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declined to comment on the possible death of Major General Sergei Goryachev, Chief of Staff of the 35th Combined Arms Army. Earlier, military commander Yuri Kotenok stated this.
«You need to ask the Ministry of Defense about this,» said Peskov.
The Ministry of Defense has not yet commented on the statements about the death of the general.
