MOSCOW, June 14 Singer Yegor Creed was included in the «black list» of violating bloggers for advertising online casinos on the Web. The head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, announced this on her Telegram channel.
The public figure shared a list of 49 streamer bloggers, including a hip-hop artist.
«»I am publishing a new list of 49 streamers engaged in illegal advertising of online casinos. Some of them have «moved» to alternative platforms. Others are trying to hide the fact that they continue to engage in such advertising,» Mizulina wrote.
She noted that the Safe Internet League will send appeals to Roskomnadzor and the Federal Tax Service of Russia with a request to restrict content.

In April, Roskomnadzor blocked several channels of Yegor Creed on the Web for advertising online casinos. After that, the Federal Tax Service reported that they would check the artist for a possible violation of tax laws.
According to Art. 14.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of advertising legislation), a fine of up to 2.5 thousand rubles is provided for participation in online casino advertising. The State Duma has repeatedly discussed the issue of toughening the punishment, but so far no decision has been made.
