St. Petersburg, June 17. Artificial intelligence will help tourists find a unique ticket, for this the state will develop a data collection mechanism — an online exchange that will be available to most Russians, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko said in an interview at SPIEF.
“Together with business, we will work out a mechanism for collecting data in tourism in the near future,” Chernyshenko said.
Among the data to be collected are hotel prices and offers, transport tickets.
“This will be an online exchange where prices will be set and instantly changed online. Hotels will dump and give the best offers, or dynamically increase them. There will already be fair working mechanisms. And online concierges will be massive and accessible to everyone. will select individual tours, which will take into account thousands of nuances and adjust them to the tourist,» he continued.
Chernyshenko noted that for the development of artificial intelligence, the state, «as an aggregator of aggregators, will provide one of the main tools — access to large impersonal data owned by departments and state-owned companies.»
He explained that a platform will be created where all the chains of the customer journey will converge. «The task of the state is to regulate the market so that these data are available to aggregators. And then the business will do everything itself,» the Deputy Prime Minister specified.
Chernyshenko is confident that it is artificial intelligence that will make it possible to create an accessible service for all Russians. «Now such services are provided to the owners of platinum cards in some services, as well as to those who use the services of travel agencies and tour operators, where the client seeks to book a convenient hotel, the best price. This is the last century. Now this should be done by artificial intelligence,» he stressed. .
