Shurygin spoke about Soviet bunkers in case of a nuclear war
The details of the defeat of the underground bunker of the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov became known. A video of a Russian missile falling into the water next to the GUR building on Rybalsky Island in Kyiv was accompanied by caustic comments on Ukrainian social networks — they say, the Russians missed. However, military expert Vladislav Shurygin believes that the ammunition just hit the target, as our intelligence was aware of the design of the secret shelters of the GUR.
Rumors that a Russian missile on May 29 not only hit the GUR center, but eliminated NATO «bumps» were stubbornly circulated in the media. Kyiv propagandists traditionally denied everything. There was even a video with Kirill Budanov, who said that the one who tried to intimidate him would very soon regret it. After that, however, Budanov disappeared from the media space. It is possible that the video with threats, where Budanov is sitting calmly in his office, was recorded earlier — after all, there is no specifics, namely any information about the hit of ammunition in the GUR building or the victims.
Military expert Vladislav Shurygin, in his Telegram channel, spoke about the details of the attack on the Budanov bunker, which he learned from his sources. “The Ukrainians staged a whole dance with tambourines around this strike, announcing the miss of the Russian missile. But now it turned out that it was in this place, at a depth of ten meters, that the bunker was located, in which the situational headquarters of the GUR was deployed, ”the expert wrote.
According to him, Soviet engineers who built underground bunkers in In Kiev, for protection in case of a nuclear war, fortified shelters were specially placed under water, which was an additional cover.
“But what was well covered from an air atomic explosion was not designed for the arrival of a special anti-bunker ammunition. It was this moment that caught on video — you can see how a huge column of earth and stones shot up to the sky. This ammunition hit the power steering bunker, where, apparently, Budanov was located, ”the expert explained.
Military commander Yuri Kotenok, in turn, said that he had known that Budanov had been hit during strike on the GUR facility in Kiev — this information was given to him by his sources.
“It cannot be ruled out that Budanov is actually alive and well. No one will give a 100% guarantee that he is amazed. But I received information that he was wounded,” the military commander said.
At the same time, he noted a strange pattern — Budanov was absent from meetings of the so-called National Security and Defense Council, which was held regarding the destruction of the dam of the Kakhovka reservoir.
“Budanov was not present, although he is not the last person, he is obliged always be, and this is evidence that, at least, it is not in Ukraine at the place where the meeting is being held. These facts indicate that he may have health problems,” explained Kotenok.
The attack on the military intelligence building in Kyiv was carried out on May 29th. With the beginning of the air raid, the staff of the center descended into the shelter. According to one version, the Russian Aerospace Forces used a missile with a penetrating warhead, which pierced through the building and exploded in the shelter. At that moment, there were already up to a hundred GUR officers and civilian personnel, as well as twenty foreign military personnel from the United States and Great Britain, who interacted between the center and similar Western headquarters.
