The astronaut advised not to neglect a good sleep, since the body must have time to recover, but in general she considers it important to use it for its intended purpose all the possibilities of the organism.
“There are a lot of cool things that are given to the body and, if you take care of it, do not drive yourself into some kind of rude situations, for example, do not overload your eyes, if we are talking about the eyes … If these are legs, then you need to walk. Legs in order to to walk with them, and not to make them sit. Of course, if there is such an opportunity. Unfortunately, not everyone has such an opportunity, it is very pitiful. Kikina admitted that a lot depends on the metabolic processes and genetic predispositions of each particular organism. She personally, for example, eats when she wants, but does a lot of exercise.

Anna Kikina, currently the only woman in the Roscosmos cosmonaut corps, made her first flight to the ISS from October 5, 2022 to March 12, 2023. She was the first of the Russians to arrive and returned from the station on the American ship Crew Dragon. In the history of Russia and the USSR, six women have been in space, including Kikina.
She flew to her hometown, where this weekend she will join the festive events in honor of the 130th anniversary of Novosibirsk.
