The court fined Krasnodar activist Alipat Sultanbegova 30,000 rubles under the article on “discrediting” the army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of an Instagram post with a photo of Masha Moskaleva. This was reported by the telegram channel SOTAvision.
According to the report of the policeman, the reason for the protocol was “a photographic material depicting a girl holding a drawing with the text “I am against the war!”. The documents also contain a screenshot of stories from Sultanbegova’s Instagram, the picture shows a Tula schoolgirl Masha Moskaleva and her father Alexei.
This is the second report on the “discrediting” of the army against the activist. In March 2022, Sultanbegova was detained and taken to the police department. The reason was the avatar on Twitter with the inscription «No to war». Later, she was fined 30,000 rubles.
In May, it became known that the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against Sultanbegova for repeated “discrediting” of the army (Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code). This happened after she laid flowers at the monument to the poet Taras Shevchenko. The activist clarified that she left Russia after receiving news of the criminal case.
