MOSCOW, 25 Jun. President of the Yalta club «Rubin» Kirill Shaposhnikov responded to the demand of the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) to exclude Russia from the International Football Federation (FIFA) and the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA).
Earlier, the UAF sent a letter to FIFA and UEFA on about the integration of clubs from the Crimea with the demand for the removal of the Russian Football Union (RFU).

"The expected reaction of the UAF, confirming once again how politics interferes in sports. Crimea has been in Russia for the tenth year and our teams have every right to compete, and the fans to watch the matches of the Second Division of the FNL,” Shaposhnikov told Sport-Express.
The functionary also added that the RFU knows how to respond to such threats.
“
“Our main task is to play football and create all the conditions for the team to win, give the fans joy and positive emotions,” added Shaposhnikov.
In June Yalta «Rubin» and «Sevastopol» received certificates of the Football National League (FNL) to participate in the championship of the Second League.
