MOSCOW, June 27 Soyuz-2.1b rocket launched from Vostochny cosmodrome with Meteor-M hydrometeorological satellite 2-3 and 42 small spacecraft, including three foreign ones, the launch was broadcast by Roskosmos.

Meteor-M No. 832 kilometers high. It is designed to monitor the climate and the environment, natural resources, and control the heliogeophysical situation in near-Earth space.
