An activist of the movement «Spring» and a former employee of the headquarters of Alexei Navalny Timofey Martynenko was put on the wanted list. Mediazona found such information in the database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
It is not known under which article of the Criminal Code the activist is being sought.

Alexander Kashevarov, the former federal coordinator of Viasna, was included in the search database. He told Mediazona that he connected this decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a new criminal case against Viasna activists.
Vesna itself subsequently found two more activists on the wanted list — the press secretary of the movement, Anna Nazarova, and a member of the movement's coordinating council, Maria Lakhina. According to representatives of the movement, two more of their supporters were added to the database, who asked not to be named — six were added in just a day.
In October 2022, the Ministry of Justice included Martynenko in the register of «foreign agents». Together with him Bohdan Lytvyn, the coordinator of Vesna, was on the list. The movement has been recognized in Russia as an «extremist organization» and its supporters are persecuted.
In particular, in June 2023, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow sent six defendants in the Vesna case to a pre-trial detention center. These are Jan Ksenzhepolsky, Evgeny Zateev, Valentin Khoroshenin, Vasily Neustroev, Pavel Sinelnikov and Anna Arkhipova. Case filed under Articles on organizing an extremist community, about the rehabilitation of Nazism, distribution of military fakesand public calls for the implementation of activities aimed at against the security of the state.
