NALCHIK, July 4 Lawyer Alexander Nemov and journalist Yelena Milashina, who were attacked in Chechnya, will be flown to Moscow by charter, the human rights commissioner said Tamerlan Tsgoev, a man in North Ossetia.
«I called Alexander (Nemov — ed.), they are in the RCH now. It seems that he confirms that there will be a board, but this is not a board of the Ministry of Emergencies, but some kind of charter. He did not specify which charter, but said that they seem to be sending it,» Tsgoev said.
According to him, doctors they did not find contraindications for the flight among the victims.
«It is not known what time the flight will arrive. They said that he had already flown out, at least according to Nemov,» the Ombudsman added.
Russian Human Rights Ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova said earlier that she had applied to the Investigative Committee and the Chechen prosecutor's office in connection with the beating of Milashina and Nemov Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for Chechnya to conduct an inspection and submit a report on the fact of the attack.
