MOSCOW, 6 Jul. The states of the North Atlantic Alliance intend to send troops to Ukraine, said the former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, Colonel Douglas McGregor, on the YouTube channel Judging Freedom.
“NATO countries are planning an intervention in Ukraine. <…> in any case,” the officer believes.
According to him, the leaderships of Poland and Lithuania are already discussing a possible joint invasion of the territory of a neighboring country. At the same time, as McGregor clarified, this will not necessarily be financed by the rest of the allies, but may be an independent operation of the two states of the alliance.
The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service has repeatedly warned about Warsaw's aggressive intentions towards Ukraine. As SVR Director Sergei Naryshkin reported, Poland is working on scenarios for the de facto dismemberment of the neighboring republic. Its authorities are convinced that the United States and Great Britain will support the partition plan.
