MOSCOW, July 8 World No. 3 Russian Daniil Medvedev believes exceptional results in tennis compatriot Mirra Andreeva.
On Sunday, 16-year-old Andreeva will play in the third round at her debut Wimbledon against Russia's Anastasia Potapova (22nd seed).
“I haven’t seen many of her matches, but what she does at 16 is just exceptional. It’s one thing to play good tennis, another thing is to consistently win matches. For several tournaments in a row, she manages to qualify, go far on the grid,» Medvedev quotes from a press conference with Asap Sports.
