UFA, July 9 Law enforcement officers detained a teenager in Perm who doused a familiar combustible mixture and set it on fire, the victim survived, the SUSK RF for the Perm Territory reported on its Telegram channel.
On the fact of the incident, a criminal case was opened under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «attempted murder».
“According to the investigation, on July 8, a minor doused a flammable liquid and set fire to his 15-year-old friend. The victim was taken to a medical facility with extensive burns and hospitalized,” the report says.
The agency does not specify the age of the minor suspect.
«The suspect was detained, his testimony was checked on the spot with his participation, the issue of choosing a measure of restraint in the form of detention is being decided on him,» the Investigative Committee for the Perm Territory reported.
According to the SHOT telegram channel, the girl received burns on 90% of her body.
