According to sources, a boy and a girl were riding a moped when they a «nine» drove up to him, and a middle-aged man asked for directions in the direction of the village of Maloye Kozino. Then he pulled out a knife and threatened to force the teenagers into the car. It is reported that the man tied the children's hands with plastic clamps.
