VORONEZH, July 14 Police officers in Voronezh brought to the department for investigation a resident of one of the houses on Lizyukova Street, who, according to local media, sat down at the entrance with a crossbow, not wanting to let the craftsmen who came to change the elevator there, said the head press service of the GUMVD for the region Natalya Kulikova.
Information about a woman with a crossbow near the entrance of one of the houses on Lizyukov Street in Voronezh appeared on Friday afternoon in the Telegram channel «My and your Voronezh» and the channel «Vesti Voronezh». It was reported that the woman did not want to let the craftsmen who were supposed to change the elevator as part of the overhaul program enter the entrance, promising to shoot them in the legs.
«Police Department No. 4 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Voronezh received a message about the inappropriate behavior of one of the residents of an apartment building located in the regional center on Lizyukov Street. The police officers who arrived, this citizen was taken for trial to the territorial police department , there were no victims of her actions,» Kulikova said.
According to her, an investigation is underway into the incident, and a decision will be made based on the results.
After footage of a woman with a crossbow posted online, a video has emerged in which one of the men approaches her and, after a short struggle, takes the weapon from her.
