A bear mauled a girl in Magadan
In Magadan, a bear attacked and killed a girl near the Tankodrome. This was reported in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the region.
The attack occurred on Saturday, it was reported to the police at 15:00 local time (7:00 Moscow time).
“Arrived At the scene, police officers, employees of the regional National Guard and hunters found a brown bear and the body of a girl,” the police said.
The predator was eliminated. The incident is under investigation. The identity and age of the girl has not yet been revealed.
