MOSCOW, July 14 A criminal case on the murder of a 4-year-old girl was opened in Pushkino near Moscow — according to preliminary data, her father dealt with her, who then took his own life, according to the prosecutor's office of the region and the RF IC.
According to the IC, on Friday, «the bodies of a 4-year-old girl and her father» were found in an apartment in Pushkino.
«On this fact, the investigating authorities of the Main Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow Region initiated a criminal case,» the Investigative Committee's telegram channel says.
The regional prosecutor's office clarifies that, preliminary, «the bodily injury to the girl was caused by her father and then committed suicide.»
«The prosecutor's office of the Moscow region controls the establishment of all the circumstances of the incident, as well as the progress and results of the investigation of the criminal case initiated by the investigating authority on this fact,» the prosecutor's office said in a telegram message.
