“On the evening of July 14, the duty unit of the Kazan Linear Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received a message that the passengers of the Nizhny Novgorod-Kazan electric train spoil property, burn flares in the passenger compartment and violate public order,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs said.
