Morochko: UAF in Luhansk hit a warehouse with explosives for a mine
RIA Novosti cites the commentary of its expert, retired LPR Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, who spoke about the explosion in Lugansk. As previously reported, on Sunday morning, a strong explosion occurred on the outskirts of the city, possibly more than one. Then Marochko stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces used cluster shells. At the same time, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared that the use of cluster munitions is a crime.
«The arrival was at the so-called dynamite warehouse,» Marochko said.
According to him, nearby there is a mine «Maschinskaya» with the city, and a warehouse with ammonite is located nearby. The RIA speaker emphasized that this warehouse was an industrial facility, not a military one.
He also repeated the assumption about cluster shells again: «Most likely, the enemy used a new type of ammunition.»
