Earlier, Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko said that Russia would appeal to the parliaments of the world to condemn the supply of US cluster munitions to Ukraine.
US President Joe Biden announced on July 7 the decision to start deliveries to Kiev cluster munition regime. The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stressed that such supplies endanger civilians and are aimed at prolonging the crisis.
