SIMFEROPOL, July 15 cultural autonomy «Belarusians of Crimea» Roman Chegrinets proposed to open a consulate of Belarus on the peninsula.
«I believe that it is necessary to open a consulate of Belarus in Crimea. This issue is more relevant today than ever, given that many tourists come to the peninsula from Belarus, and the nearest consulate is in Rostov,» Chegrinets said.
Chegrinets stressed that he is now on a working visit to Belarus, where the Days of the Republic of Crimea were held.
«It would also be worth considering the possibility of opening a permanent mission of Crimea in the Republic of Belarus. We are also discussing this issue,» Chegrinets stressed.
