MOSCOW, July 13 Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia intends to expand equal and mutually beneficial scientific alliances with other states.
«We intend to create and expand equal, mutually beneficial technological and scientific alliances with other states,» Putin said at the Future Technologies Forum in Moscow.
He promised that within the framework of the Russian BRICS chairmanship next year, Russia will discuss with partners specific projects on a number of significant areas, including advanced technologies in computing, development, storage and transmission of data.
