MOSCOW, July 17 The American commercial satellite WorldView-2 by Maxar has filmed the Crimean Bridge twice in the past month, including last week, according to data on the company's website.
A map has been published on the portal area, the pictures themselves are dated June 20 and July 12.
The United States and Ukraine have repeatedly stated that they are cooperating on providing data from American satellites for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Washington also included these services in the latest package of military assistance to the Kyiv regime.
Emergency on the Crimean bridge
On Monday morning, the head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, announced an emergency on the bridge across the Kerch Strait. Car traffic was temporarily stopped due to damage to the roadway.
As a result of the incident, a married couple, residents of the Belgorod region, died. Their minor daughter was injured. She is in a moderate condition.
The National Anti-Terrorism Committee blamed Ukrainian militants who carried out the attack with the help of two surface drones. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under the article «terrorist act».
As the Russian Foreign Ministry stressed, if the investigation reveals the foreign origin of the UAV, as well as the participation of Western countries in sponsoring and carrying out the operation, this will confirm their complicity in the terrorist activities of the Kiev regime.< br />In turn, State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said that the attack on the Crimean bridge could have been carried out under the guise of a grain security corridor.
