MOSCOW, 15 Jul. In the event of a direct military conflict with Washington, Moscow can send a nuclear submarine fleet to the Atlantic Ocean that is capable of destroying the United States, Colonel Douglas McGregor, former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, said in an interview with political observer Michael Savage.
