Dozens of foreigners were wounded, there are dead: they were the ones who could direct naval drones
In addition to the infrastructure of Ukrainian ports and fuel depots, the Russian military managed to hit another “fat” target on the night of July 19. The hotel complex in Koblevo, Mykolaiv region, where foreign military specialists lived, came under attack. Locals report about the evacuation of wounded foreigners. A military expert, a former special forces officer, retired colonel Anatoly Matviychuk, told MK that among the dead and wounded there could just be those who were preparing a terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge.

In the afternoon of July 19, information began to come in about the results of a night strike on military targets in southern Ukraine. So, in social networks they write about the defeat of the hotel complex in Koblevo, in the Nikolaev region. Recall that Nikolaev, as well as Odessa and Ochakov, became the main target of our strikes.
The NATO military lived in this hotel on the Black Sea coast. The video of the burning building appeared in open sources. It is noteworthy that MK found a similar hotel on one of the hotel booking resources and tried to book at least one room. However, all rooms were occupied until November.
Now search and rescue operations continue in the area of the hotel complex. According to various sources, the number of wounded and dead foreigners exceeded one hundred.
According to the Telegram channel «Militarist», after a series of attacks on Kharkov, Odessa and Nikolaev, an urgent evacuation of a number of foreign specialists from Ukraine began. The southern corridor for evacuees is provided by the British electronic intelligence aircraft RC-135W Rivet Joint. Information about the evacuation was confirmed by a number of Telegram channels that refer to information in the enemy’s closed chats.
According to military expert Anatoly Matviychuk, about 12,000 foreign mercenaries have arrived in Ukraine since the beginning of the special operation.
— Many died, many deserted or returned after being wounded. About 2-2.5 thousand foreigners are now taking an active part in hostilities. But these are specialists who perform real combat missions.
Among the mercenaries, there are many former NATO military countries who took temporary leave or were specially dismissed in order to go to Ukraine.
— If we take nationality, then most of them are Poles, British, Americans, of course, Germans. There are also Balts among foreigners. There are few of them, but the Baltic countries themselves are small. All of them play the role of instructors, advisers. Some of them also perform critical tasks such as providing control and communications. The same sea drones that went to the Crimean bridge were not controlled by Ukrainians, but by instructors from the UK. Their equipment, and they will not allow Ukrainians to it. Therefore, I do not exclude that one of these specialists died in the destroyed hotel… Now we are responding symmetrically to this terrorist attack, including by destroying the hostel with mercenaries.
