MOSCOW, July 18 Russia received confirmation of participation in the second Russia-Africa summit from 49 countries, more than half of the states will be represented at the level of leaders of countries and governments, Deputy Director of the Department of Africa M said on Tuesday ID RF Alexander Polyakov.
“So far, we have received confirmation of participation from 49 African delegations, while about half of African countries will be represented at the highest level — heads of state and government,” Polyakov said during a round table organized by the Russia Today media group.
