MOSCOW, July 19 decreased by 0.48 kopecks, to 12.6303 rubles, the euro exchange rate rose by 41.7 kopecks, to 102.4441 rubles, follows from the data of the Bank of Russia.
The Central Bank of the Russian Federation sets the official exchange rates on business days using the market rates of the Moscow Exchange.
