The State Duma adopted in the second reading amendments that will prohibit the personnel of the National Guard from publishing photographs and other data on the Internet that allow them to determine their location.
The National Guard will be prohibited from posting information about themselves, as well as about current and former colleagues, civilian personnel of the National Guard, members of their families.
Since 2019, similar restrictions have already been in effect for military personnel, including servicemen of the National Guard. At the same time, they do not apply to police officers serving in the National Guard, for example, OMON or SOBR fighters who are also participating in the war in Ukraine.
“Our amendment eliminates these dual approaches and introduces uniform requirements for all personnel of the National Guard,” wrote the author of the amendments, deputy Alexander Khinshtein, who used to be an adviser to the director of the Russian Guard. — I think this approach is correct. When a person puts on shoulder straps, he deliberately goes to a number of self-restraints. Publicity (especially in the conditions of NWO!) is one of them. Disagree? Go to «citizenship».
Khinshtein introduced these amendments to the second reading of his other bill — on the recruitment of troops of the National Guard. So, in case of mobilization, former National Guardsmen will be sent to the National Guard, and the department will be able to conclude short-term contracts for the police service.
