MOSCOW, 21 Jul. The exercise of the Black Sea Fleet was a warning from Russian President Vladimir Putin to Ukrainian leader Zelensky that all ships bound for the republic's ports would be considered potential carriers of military cargo. The Daily Mail writes.

The Russian Ministry of Defense on Friday spoke about the planned exercises of the Black Sea Fleet. Ships and aviation worked out actions to isolate the area temporarily closed to navigation and practiced detaining the offending vessel.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry announced that Kiev from July 21 will consider ships traveling through the Black Sea to Russian ports as carrying military cargo.
