The Ministry of Justice declared Dozhd journalist Mikhail Kozyrev, the public organization Omsk Civil Association, and the publication 7×7 Horizontal Russia as “foreign agents.”

The Center T initiative group, which helps transgender and non-binary people, and the non-profit human rights organization Everyone’s Right, which works with people at social risk, for example, with those who have diagnosed with HIV infection.

In addition, Alexander Litvinov, a journalist and head of the Planerka media project, Pavel Sulyandziga, a human rights activist and one of the founders of the International Committee of Indigenous Peoples of Russia, and Konstantin Borovoy, a former State Duma deputy and entrepreneur, were declared “foreign agents”.

According to the Ministry of Justice, Kozyrev opposed the war in Ukraine and the law banning “LGBT propaganda” among children, and also “carried out activities to promote LGBT relations, which contradicts the state policy to preserve and strengthen traditional Russian spiritual and moral values.”

Sulandziga, the agency considered, “made calls for actions, the results of which could lead to the violation of the territorial integrity” of Russia, and the 7×7 publication disseminated “inaccurate information” about the Russian army.
