According to the source, law enforcement officers found the man when they arrived at another call — in the early morning, a Muscovite reported that a drone had fallen near the building of the Ministry of Defense. The drone was not on the spot, but the police saw a man on the Andreevsky bridge, who at that time was filming the building of the military department on camera.
Now he was detained for further investigation.
