MOSCOW, July 23The number of people hospitalized after a hot water pipe burst in the Vremena Goda shopping center in Moscow has increased to ten people, said Yulia Ivanova, senior assistant to the head of the capital's head office of the IC.
“As a result of the incident, four employees of the shopping center died, ten citizens were hospitalized for medical assistance with burns of varying severity,” she said.
Ivanova also added that the pipe burst occurred on the basement and basement floors.
The day before, a pipe with hot water burst in a shopping center in the west of the capital. According to the prosecutor's office, all the dead are women. Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that nine people were hospitalized.

Investigators opened a criminal case on the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements. Interrogations are being carried out on the management and employees responsible for the operation of engineering systems, compliance with safety requirements, as well as those who were at their workplaces at the time of the emergency. According to the site, more than 500 brands are represented in the mall — from internationally recognized to avant-garde, offering women's and men's collections of clothing, shoes and accessories, jewelry, watches, perfumes and cosmetics, home goods.
The mall has more than 150 boutiques and shops, including a 24-hour deli, stores of brands Chanel, Hermes, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Burberry, Bvlgari, Cartier, Stella McCart ney, Salvatore Ferragamo.
