KRASNODAR, July 24 Lean technologies have begun to be introduced at the Novorossiysk Grain Terminal in the Krasnodar Territory, the press service of the regional administration reported.
“Novorossiysk Grain Terminal” has become a new participant in the national project “Labor Productivity”… Within six months, experts from the Federal Competence Center will introduce lean technologies at the enterprise. Employees will be taught the basics of efficient production and the use of the necessary tools in their work,» the message says.

It is noted that specialists will choose one of the terminal's production processes, then apply improvements on this «pilot stream» to increase efficiency and reduce costs. The positive experience will be scaled to other business processes of the enterprise.
Kuban joined the national project «Labor Productivity» in 2018 as one of the pilot regions. Currently, more than 270 Kuban enterprises participate in it. Various types of state support are provided for them, including preferential loans s, subsidies and free educational programs.
