Number injured in the overturning of a truck with tourists in Altai increased to 11. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the republic.
According to updated data, there were 16 people in the GAZ-66 truck along with the driver. As a result of the rollover, 11 people were injured, including four children, one tourist died.
All the victims were taken to the hospital. They are provided with the necessary medical care.
Let us recall that an unorganized group of tourists overturned on the morning of July 25 in a truck on the way to the Karakol Lakes. On this fact, an inspection was organized by the regional investigation department of the Investigative Committee.
