MOSCOW, July 25. The State Duma supported an amendment prohibiting registration on Russian sites with foreign e-mail.
When the document comes into force, users located in Russia , will be able to register on Russian sites where registration is required in only four ways:
- by the phone number of the Russian operator;
- through «Gosuslugi»;
- through the Unified Biometric System;
- through other information a system owned by a Russian citizen or a Russian company.
Since there are only four ways, registration using foreign e-mail is excluded.
