St. Petersburg, 28 Jul. Russia has concluded agreements on military-technical cooperation with more than 40 African countries, part of the supplies are free of charge, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
«Russia has concluded agreements on military-technical cooperation with more than 40 African states, to which we supply a wide range of weapons and equipment. Some of these deliveries are made free of charge in order to strengthen the security and sovereignty of these states,» he said at the summit «Russia — Africa».
