VOLGOGRAD, July 27 The court arrested a Volgograd resident for three days for firing a traumatic pistol from a car in the city center, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Volgograd region.
According to the agency, on Thursday night, a Chevrolet Camaro passed by the traffic police in the center of Volgograd, the passenger of which suddenly began to shoot from the car window into the air. The police managed to catch up with the car, a 28-year-old girl was driving, the passenger was taken to the department for trial. A protocol was drawn up against him for petty hooliganism and a traumatic pistol was confiscated.
«The court, having considered the materials, imposed a punishment on the offender in the form of three days of administrative arrest and a fine in the amount of 40 thousand rubles, with confiscation of weapons for 1.5 years,» the police said.
