St. Petersburg, July 28 Russia will offer South Africa, which previously announced plans to send two astronauts to the ISS, deliver them on the Russian Soyuz spacecraft, Yury Borisov, director general of Roscosmos, said in an interview.
“South Africa has expressed a wish to send two astronauts into space, so we will prepare a proposal for them,” Borisov said at the Russia-Africa summit.
