MOSCOW, 28 Jul. Attorney for the singers Slava and Lyubov Uspenskaya, Elena Senina, accused plastic surgeon Timur Khaidarov of not having a license to practice medicine in 2019, she commented on this to Super.
Elena Senina is based on a 2019 court decision. Then Roszdravnadzor suspected the clinic of OOO GIEMTI, in which Khaidarov worked as a doctor at that moment, in the absence of a license for the right of the surgeon to operate in Russia. The court fined the clinic, which, in turn, did not get involved in appeal disputes and paid a fine for the violation.

“Until 2019, Timur Khaidarov did not have a legalized education, a proper residency, necessary to work in the territory of the Russian Federation. The question arises: what about the operations that have been done up to this point? We don’t know if he fixed [the situation] or not, but before that he operated,” the lawyer tries to figure it out.
However, the Ministry of Health and Roszdravnadzor assure that Khaidarov has all the necessary documents for legal work. Back in 2015, he was admitted by the Roszdravnadzor of the Kursk region to carry out professional activities on the territory of the Russian Federation in the specialty «Surgery». It also became known that in the same year, the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia issued a certificate in the specialty «Plastic Surgery» to Khaydarov.
Documents confirming the necessary education of a star doctor were also provided by Timur Khaidarov's lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky. He showed his client's resident diploma, as well as a valid specialist accreditation certificate.
Earlier, the singer Slava accused the plastic surgeon Timur Khaydarov of poor-quality breast lift surgery. After that, similar messages of indignant patients rained down on the doctor. Philip Korkorov, Dava, Yana Rudkovskaya, Goar Avetisyan, Instasamka (Daria Zoteeva) and other stars stood up to protect Khaidarov.
Meanwhile, the singer Lyubov Uspenskaya supported Slava and also turned to the services of a lawyer. She accused Khaidarov of disclosing medical secrets and admitted that she had to redo the work of this plastic surgeon in another clinic.
