MOSCOW, Jul 26 Vice Speaker of the State Duma from the Liberal Democratic Party, Boris Chernyshov published a note by the founder of the party, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, about the US participation in the collapse of the Russian aviation industry in the nineties in the Telegram channel.
Chernyshov explained that he posted this note during the government hour in the State Duma with the participation of Minister of Transport Vitaly Savelyev.

The parliamentarian also noted that the «collapse» of the Soviet civil aircraft industry is a personal, family history for him.
