MOSCOW, July 28 Three people were previously hospitalized after an emergency in Taganrog, Rostov Region, there was no fire, the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry reported.
Earlier A spokesman for emergency services told the agency that the explosion near a cafe in Taganrog had previously injured 10 people.
