MOSCOW, July 28 Russia and African countries oppose the use of any unilateral measures aimed at restricting trade and investment, according to the action plan of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum for 2023-2026, published on the Kremlin website.
“In accordance with international obligations, as well as with national legislation, Russia and Africa intend to cooperate in the following areas: … To oppose the use of any unilateral measures aimed at restricting trade and investment,” the text of the document says.
