S, PETERSBURG, Jul 28 Russia is ready to support the opening of embassies and consulates of African countries, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
«For our part, we would welcome the reciprocal steps of our African friends and will support the opening of new embassies, consulates and other representative offices of African countries,» he said at the Russia-Africa summit.
