MOSCOW, July 28 The number of people hospitalized after the explosion near a cafe in Taganrog has increased to seven people, the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry reported.
«The number of people sent to medical institutions increased to seven,» the report says.
Earlier, a representative of emergency services told the agency that 10 people had previously been injured due to an explosion near a cafe in Taganrog.
