A court in Moscow arrested a Petersburger on a case of treason; after his detention in Vnukovo, he spent more than two weeks in a special detention center

The Lefortovsky District Court of Moscow arrested a man named Vyacheslav Lutor in a case of treason (Article 275 of the Criminal Code) and participation in a terrorist organization (Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code). On the website of the Moscow courts there is information about two administrative arrests of Lutor. According to the decision of the Solntsevsky District Court of Moscow, Luthor «expressed obscene language, shouted loudly and waved his arms» at the airport. Probably, he was detained in Vnukovo, however, it is not known exactly when.

For the second time, on July 14, the man was arrested for 15 days under a protocol of disobedience to a police officer (Part 1 of Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to the decision of the Trinity District Court of the capital, Lutor refused to show his passport to the security forces. The place of the man's second detention is unknown. He was supposed to leave the detention center today, July 29, at 12:20.
