NIZHNY NOVGOROD, July 29 Three people were injured when a bus stop in the Nizhny Novgorod region overturned due to strong wind, the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports in its telegram -channel.
“As a result of a complex of adverse weather events, accompanied by strong gusty winds, the stopping pavilion at the Druzhba gardening partnership in the Kstovsky municipal district overturned. At that time, there were three people inside. The victims were hospitalized in medical institutions of Nizhny Novgorod and Kstova,» the message says.
The condition of the victims is being specified.
Earlier it was reported that in Nizhny Novgorod, as a result of a sudden heavy downpour and squally wind, dozens of trees were knocked down, wires were cut off, and part of the streets were flooded.
