MOSCOW, 29 Jul. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will never be able to defeat Russia, which has a large population and resources, Oleg Soskin, a former adviser to Leonid Kuchma, said on his YouTube blog.

He noted that Kiev does not even have a program to achieve its goal.
Earlier, Soskin said that the Russian army inflicted a strategic defeat on Ukraine, depriving it of access to the Black Sea. According to him, this failure once again demonstrates Zelensky's inability to do anything for his country.
The counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Zaporozhye, South-Donetsk and Artemivsk directions began on June 4. The Kiev regime deployed NATO-trained brigades armed with Western technology, including the much-touted Leopard tanks, into battle. As Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on July 11, the enemy did not achieve his goals in any sector of the front, and his losses exceeded 26,000 soldiers, 1,244 tanks and thousands of other equipment, 21 aircraft and six helicopters.
